ABOUT COLLECTION

Each piece is created through a hands-on process of layering, manipulating, and shaping materials directly onto the canvas. Sculptural mediums are pushed, folded, stretched, and draped to create organic formations that resemble flowing fabric, melting surfaces, and suspended movement. Once the desired structure is achieved, layers of pigment and finishing treatments enhance the depth, texture, and natural contours of the work.

Light interacts with the raised surfaces, casting shadows into the crevices and emphasizing the contrast between smooth, flowing folds and dramatic sculptural depth. As the viewing angle changes, so does the appearance of the work.

At its core, Chromatic Drapings is an exploration of material, movement, and transformation. The pieces challenge limitations of a traditional canvas while allowing texture itself to become the subject.

VENOM

Venom explores the tension between beauty and danger through a dense, sculptural surface of deep metallic green and fragmented texture. Layers of acrylic, gold leaf, and built material create a surface that feels both luxurious and unstable, shifting between attraction and unease.

The piece is designed to pull the viewer in through color and movement before revealing something sharper underneath. It is an exploration of seduction, power, and the beauty found in contradiction.

GILDED EROSION

This sculptural abstract explores the tension between force and refinement. Built through heavily layered texture and metallic gold leaf, the surface appears carved rather than painted. Its rippling forms reminiscent of molten metal cool mid-movement. Bronze and golf tones catch light unevenly, revealing depth, shadow, and a quiet sense of erosion.

The piece exists somewhere between artifact and emotion: raw yet intentional, weathered yet luminous. It invites the viewer closer, rewarding intimacy with subtle variations in sheen and form. It embodies transformation, pressure and permanence.
